| The Hurt Locker is a remake of an old movie. Is it? I'm pretty sure the screen play wasn't even writen until 2004 or later. | That is just awful. People who do this to animals are the worst form of scumb and IMO are on par with rapists and pedophiles. It's just so unnecessary to put that dog through that. My dog has 5 pups that are almost ready for adoption, and I am petrified that something like this could happen to them... |

| I've seen Hurt Locker, Inglorious Basterds, Avatar, District 9 and a few of the other nominated movies and in my opinion Inglorious Basterds was by far the better of the bunch with Avatar right up there too. Brenda Brenda: Like Finland did
Exactly, they beat their rival and took bronze. Their first hockey medal for the women I think. This will hopefully gear up the sport even more in Finland and other European countries. I for one want to see the sport become tighter. |

| How about players like Wickenheiser going and playing or coaching in other countries between Olympics? On woman's teams of course not men's :wink: Wick plays for Canada in between Olympic games so that's unlikely. What needs to happen is these countries need to inject more money into their programs... |

| I can understand his point on this issue. While I of course love to see the women win gold, it seems too easily done when there is really only one team that poses a challenge. I would like to see the womens hockey improve in the other countries to where getting to the gold is more of a gritty fight ... |
