Yep, I don't care about the cons, but the guards are getting the sh*tty end of the stick as it's those poor guys that have to work in that environment. I know some guards and man, the stories they have.....and these are not the ones going to the media.

NO surprise here, you should see all these groups like OXFAM in Sudan and else where, most of the money is siphoned off for "personal" items like laptops (that they keep) and all kinds of schwag cleverly hidden in relief related items. Very little money is used for helping others or saving...
