I think you're confused about the meaning of the Quebec Civil Code.
It is not a different criminal law, as such. Quebec is subject to the Criminal Code, they just don't follow a British Common law tradition as the rest of Canada does. |

Kenney, Prime Minister Stephen Harper's parliamentary secretary was there, spying on the NDP and LIB's that were there supporting those scum-bags... He welcomed them on behalf of the Prime Minister, as an official representative of the Government of Canada. He was not there to spy on the opposition... |
