| Bart, Las Vegas is now Open Carry no Blue cards. The Blue card practice ended in july with a Burning party and BBQ and shoot off near Nellis AFB. All of NV is a Traditional Open Carry State. Vegas has not had any mass shootings. Shooting here are daily part of life no big deal as most are ruled Self... |
