| LOL A better way is to measure your waist divide that by your hip measurements. This is another way to measure your BMI. Women .80 is normal men is .95 for normal. | Having yet another great season and of course I've got my season tickets again. Got the playoff tickets too already. Vancouver, Spokane (with a game in hand), and Tri-Cities in a three way tie for first place in the WHL as of today (March 8, 2008) with only a few more games left to play. Looks like ... |

| Here's a great site that allows you to calculate your current BMI, by just typing in your current height and weight. If you're not within normal ranges you can figure out what your goal weight should be as well. Measure your BMI Post if you dare!! I doubt most will unless they're perfect! :twisted: |
