Nice shots from both of you guys. What cameras are you using? I'm using a Canon 7D. You? Great shots guys! It appears my camera does not have lilve view. I do have a tripod though, so I think I may spend some time in the backyard tomorrow and hopefully get a few decent shots up in the near future. ...

A lot of my photos are on my external hard drive, or home computer. I'm working off a new laptop, so some shots may be links (curre...

Very nice Strutz! I agree, nice lighting. Great focus and composition EB!

This white fawn lily is actually from Easter, they spring up all over Vancouver Island during that time hence they are sometimes referred to as Easter lilies.

Pretty good for handheld with a 70-300! You must workout!

Yeah, it's heavy with the camera. I call it my "big honking lens"!

I mainly just use my 70-300mm lens for my macro because it has a really good image stabilizer so I rarely need a tripod.

This photo has a very narrow dof, only the front of the caterpillar and nail is in focus, the rest is bokeh. Taken a couple of days ago. (hand held too)

Unsound Unsound:
Very nice.

Guess I'll have to see if I can find a cheap macro lens.

You don't need a macro lens, you can always just move in really close with a regular lens!

This one is my utmost favorite. So stunning. Really worth the 5 minutes to watch! Mostly using HDR photography to create this gorgeous timelapse film of a very old chapel in Poland soon to be demolished. TheChapel is a short film paying tribute to an exceptional protestant temple in Zeliszów, Poland...

It's the ridiculous laws that someone get's a chunk of time taken off while they sit in jail before the judgement. Something like time and a half or double time. A family friend who was stabbed four times in the kidneys and almost died, while his friend was murdered in front of him, the perpetrator ...
