He probabley Didn't show up to the conference because he knew the African president(s) was going do be nagging him about donations all night.
If perhaps he's doing something else more focused on canada, not showing up for International events is a negative I'm willing to accept for a leader. |

I think they should just split Quebec in half. That will solve the problem I think.
I've been to montreal plenty of times and more then half I'd guess, are proud canadians. |
