This is all fine and dandy. I have a question. Is housing a native right? or is this a scenario of the Government and Civil Service trying to expand their "obligations" to the point of taking over the entire economy of the country? Canada cannot survive economically if we continue to fund ... |

It is senseless to try help people who won't help themselves. Also I currently live in a house that was originally built in 1905, The house I own was built 1953. Why is the life expectancy of native housing 12 years |

How true. for years I have held my nose and voted for the candidate that I disliked the least. In the last Alberta provincial election I voted for the Libertarian party because they had no chance of winning. I thimk that Wild rose would have won the election if they had not committed suicide. none o... |

I live close to Edmonton and work the patch. Nisku (one the world's largest industrial parks) is next door.Vacancy rates in the park are sky rocketing to epidemic proportions. Just down the road from my house is a new 200 suite apartment block. been open for several months, looks like the occupancy ... |

We can talk about things like the grade curve and success/failure rate. However. standardized tests are what determines a student's progress, and also the teacher's ability. when I went to grade school (in the dark ages) a failing student was part of normal school year. People have to understand tha... |

I could not even understand the question, much less come up with a plausible answer. What the hell are our schools teaching? Gay Sex Ed???? I have had to deal with the younger generation... |

I have a problem with government subsidizing this type of enterprise. First of all it does NOT contribute to the GNP.Secondly the owners seem to have a problem paying their taxes yet they insist on government monies. The NDP was elected as a Government as a protest due to Conservative political sense... |

Don't forget that the Avro Arrow was designed and built by Canada in 1959 and still exceeds the current military specifications. most of the designs since then are based on Arrow technology. |

I think they got it wrong. "1" is defined in mathematical terms as an integer, it is exactly "1" no more no less. To write a number as 1.0000...N or .9999...N would imply that the number is not to be inferred as exactly 1 or an integer. rounding off .5 to 1.5 as one is not a vali... |

The Liberal Government basically had such a low deficit on the basics of two things. They sold off the Gold Reserve and downloaded a lot of expenses etc. to the provinces. The Liberal party has nothing to be proud of. The Election will be won by Big Buisiness (read puppets). |
