To bring more history into this debate and maybe clear some things up. First, if you use stats then supply more than one source. Second, Hitler decided not to invade Switzerland not because it was full of mountains, Hitler called Switzerland the little porcupine. Why? Because most house... |

I to would like to solve things in another matter but would you just stand by and let a politician tell you that you must give up your biometric data for an ID card? Just how far are you willing to be a pussy? I own firearms for hunting and to protect myself from government tryanny. I am not a consp... |

If land has previous history of being accessed by the public then it should stay that way, but just access. By maritime law the pubic should have access to all ocean sea front to the high tide mark but lets see you try and access sea front around some North and West Vancouver homes and see what happ... |

Private property is exactly that, private. To compare Canada to the UK is not fair. The UK would fit into Alberta but has 60 million people in that same area. I lived in the UK for 5 years, people are polite out of neccesity and if it were not for public footpaths you would not have anywhere to walk... |

It is stuck up jerks like Emerson that make me happy I own numerous firearms. The sad fact is that I feel someday soon I will have to use them in a manner I feel unbecoming of a human being. If this cocky SOB thinks he can win then he should run for office as a CONservative, otherwise he should star... |
Gun control does not work. As someone who lived in the UK when handguns were banned I saw the crime rate skyrocket, why? The criminals realise we were unarmed and therefore sitting ducks. You want to know how effective carrying a gun can be to maintain your safety? Go visit Somalia, a c... |
