| Could it the 40,000 (about 25% of the 280,000 total) being looked as "provincial nominees" haven't been included federal totals? It would sure shorten up the discrepancy. |

| Hey, at least Bell stood up and took it (probably more to with legal defense caost than the right thing). Rogers has the same issue on going but they are going to fight & tie up court time after precedent has already been set. |

The three tooth white label "collar" is William's distinctive heraldic mark, the red shell is from his coat of arms. |
