I was reading about this the day after too. Initially the USAF said the planes were fine and the ones that were left st the base were ones that were waiting on parts for repairs.

But some of those pics don’t look so good....

You'd think that an organization with a 156.3 billion dollar per year annual budget could at least afford to hire that one analyst who specialized in telling people you don't leave aircraft out in a hurricane and hope for the best.

Not having secure hangers for these 94.6 million dollar per aircraft is beyond belief especially in a hurricane zone.

Pfft. Quonset huts should be able to withstand a little wind.

The winds from the hurricane were strong enough to rip asphalt roads right out of the ground where it came ashore. As such any sort of standard aircraft hanger, not the special ones built to withstand nuclear blasts, wouldn't have stood a chance.

Military Quonset's would not only be steel and embedded deep in the ground, but covered by concrete. A little more than $100k, but also a lot less than the millions to replace a jet that might be a total loss.

Some might not have survived, but they would have been better than leaving them out with a little 'Wile E. Coyote' umbrella and 'thoughts and prayers' to hopefully survive.

Jesus sent the hurricane because he's mad about all the non-stop faggotry and abortions. All the crap being poured into the air in order to make coal great again has nothing at all to do with it. MAGA!

I believe Billy Graham said just that in a sermon not long before he died. #MHGA #Jesus
