That being said - the plastic lid would be coming off to drink. Beer out of a plastic cap... icky, icky, icky!

I designed a lid to fit pop/beer cans for the same reason. And all it took for motivation was ONE very surprised/pissed off wasp. Pain is a great motivator!

She normally puts her cap back on an open beer to keep the bugs out, but on this particular day it kept blowing off.

Wouldnt a windscreen that goes all around where you are be a better idea?

I mean, WHY would you want to be outside when the lid is blown off of your beerbottle?

I do alot of camping and beer swigging outdoors, I'd never buy this. I can never remember finding a bug in my beer. If there was one, obviously I never noticed. *hic* Cheers !!!

Drink your beer before the bug does. End of problem.
