Can't ignore politics for two seconds and congratulate a guy on a job well done?

Have to say I was a bit taken aback at some of the malicious uncalled for comments on the wedding, on more than one site.

Does malice and hate shown in some of the comments speak to the core values of liberals, or is it just that some of them can't help themselves ?
