Somebody is trying to get out of a bill, I believe there are laws about needing insurance in sports, there is a reason a lot of places will force you to sign a waiver to use their gym/park/whatever else they use. And I know only an idiot doesn't get insurance when they take part in professional sports, hell, singers are practically forced to have it too.
