kenmore kenmore:
It will help those who support changes for the environment and I guess she believes that would help her party. Obama is pro environment and thatis why he is saying the states have to develop alternatives to oil and he will put money into alternative methods. The US reinforced the message that they will not buy Alberta's dirty oil.. guess the down turn in Alberta's economy is just the tip of the iceberg.. heaven help you if they decide Tim Hortons serves dirty coffee..you will all be out of work lol..

Which news conference were you listening to?

What's really pathetic is that if the Greens had a charismatic leader and a good marketing strategy they might just be able to pull off a seat or two. It's possible. But May is so irritating and turns off so many people, and ran the WORST campaign in the last election. I can't believe they didn't dump her.

Running in Central Nova only to get slaughtered. What a JOKE.

Hooking herself to the star of Obama's climate policies will turn out to be another on the lengthening list of dumb remarks which will come back to haunt May.

People haven't actually seen the full effects of the draconian insanity of those proposed policies in action yet. Obama's goldenboy image will tarnish in a hurry when they do.

Not born, no. She was born American. In Connecticut. She moved to Nova Scotia with her family when she was 18.

But the joke was that she would look Great in Britain. You know, teeth all gnarly.

Screw it, joke lost. :(

I hold nothing against the Brits, but I find stereotypes of all cultures and people absolute comedic gold, even Anti-Canadian jokes are funny if they are well-made.

But I don't "mean it". It's not to offend, it's to laugh.
