    After last night, one of the most underrated, disrespected teams in the league are now only a mere 2 points behind the boys in blue.

    History would lead any Oiler fan to believe this first game back from a 2 week roadie is a curse, thank Christ Detroit played last night in Calgary. A loss tonight could be the beginning, of a month long fire drill.

    Make the playoffs they said, it'll be fun they said.

    IMO the Oilers are going to have a good post-season.

    They will be the Canadian western conference team I'll be cheering for when/if ( :wink: ) the Canucks are eliminated from the playoffs.
