    Only in North America do we have this problem. In Europe, cold calling for sales purposes is illegal.

    Instead, we force telephone companies to find all sorts of technical work arounds to block them. Meanwhile, no one uses the phone any more because of robocalls.

    I have a recording of the fax machine answer tones and play them back to robocalls. Seems to stop most. 8)
