ABC News suspended "The View" host Whoopi Goldberg for two weeks on Tuesday night, one day after she drew significant criticism for falsely declaring that the Holocaust was "not about race."

    The view was never a good TV but it allowed daytime gossip as a means of testing the wind of political consensus. It also allowed the elites a great way to test new spoke people to see if it floats in public before putting more effort into their campaigns.

    I'm of two minds on the show, it's garbage but at least they are doing it in public so you can see where they are going with it. Canceling it just means they will just use another route to trot out their bad ideas.
