I bet it would be a different story if he moved next to Madam Justice Anne Rowles.
He should never see daylight outside of prison again.

I wonder if some of there's a story behind the judges on this one.

Madam Justice Anne Rowles was one of the judges who upheld the two-year conditional sentence to be served at home for the 2 street racing retards who struck down 51-year-old Irene Thorpe. Those 2 punks were East Indian too so I wonder if there's a coincidence there.

More likely she's just another bleeding heart.

Yup,but I bet she was appointed by the libs and has a lib lean.
    Unreal.
Hopefully Steven Harper will get this justice system we have revamped.
These go soft liberal judges have to be tossed and realize their correction system isnt working. The guy planted bombs to kill innocent people,he should never see the light of day again let alone get parole.

They mentioned in the news that he was met and taken away by supporters. The fact that he has supporters and people here who advovate terrorism and violence to foreign nations is a huge black eye for Canada.

I've been thinking about this and the horse has left and we're locking the gate.

After far too long they fail to convict and pass a light sentance on this shrimp. He's served his whole time and now we're bitching because they let him out when all he's facing is perjury? Hell, we hand murderers less.
He's not alowed to have explosives.. well duh!! What about not associating with the suspects they failed to convict? That would be a good one too.

He did the time he was sentanced for the crime and we can't tweak the laws for special examples like him. The system is broken and he's proof.

Air India was Canada's 9/11 and we failed. We were so worried about offending foreigners we failed to deliver justice to the 300 who died for it.

if nothing else, this POS can now be deported, if we even have the guts for that.
