First off Trim may qualify for Medicare if he is in school, unemployed.

2nd, this medical expense was due to a traffic accident. Your auto insurance covers this, and if it was the fault of the other driver, then it's the other drivers debt now.

BTW, what a great name.. I would have loved to be named that. TRIM. :)

The US medical situation is abhorrent.
Obama will fix all that terrible mess...just ask him.
    Hillary was going to.
Democrats always claim they'll fix it...until elected.

That's why most Canadian aren't not too keen on going to a US style health care system...

I would lead an armed revolt on the legislature before we adopt that deplorable excuse for a health care system they have in the States.

A health care system befitting a third-world country.

Thank God were not stuck with that mess.

We don't have a 'system'. We have a publicly regulated market where talented doctors charge whatever prices they want and patients pay for the level of service they want.

Yes, some people get left out for elective surgeries but no one is left out for critical or emergency care anywhere in the US.

It's not perfect, but where our hospitals frequently provide services that are minimally available in Canada it is Canadians who are benefitting from our way of doing business.

That's the thing about lefties - they can fix anything, especially if it isn't broken - problem is, they can't figure out how to fund their schemes and still stay elected. . . .

Unlike the Republicans who can't fund their own crazy schemes.

Let me know if you come across any actual Republicans. I haven't seen one in years.

    Good Point.

To be quite honest, I would consider you an actual Republican.

Good point. It's like the real Republican party died with Eisenhower and some fuckwads buried it in the Pet Semetary. Sometimes, what you take out of the ground ain't the same thing you put in...

Nixon, Ford (Chevy Chase playing Ford would have made a better President), both Bushes...ick.

If your idea of a "Republican" is a racist extremist blithering Right-Wing conspiracy theorist full of hate and convinced that Obama is a terrorist, like you do, then you might want to try the Fox News headquarters.

    XD

    So you're saying it's better to be a Gay-Loving, Pot-Smoking, Draft-Dodging, Adulterous Liberal??
