I'm betting Harper (and all other Conservatives) are wishing that the Mulroney didn't privatize Petro-Canada so long ago...that $19 billion would come in handy right now to deal with the deficit!

The only reason Suncor is around today to make this deal is because the NEP was abolished. In fact the only reason the oilsands have enjoyed the levels of investment they do today is because the NEP is no longer. Get your facts straight.

Why, you think Conservatives can see into the future?

Ya please, explain to us all how we shouldnt have gotten rid of the NEP and while you're at it you can run us through the benefits that Canada experienced while it was in place. Or do you just run around spouting off one word nonsensical replies?

Yeah thats about all he does Dino, dont waste your time. He knows so little about the oil business, that if he heard you say that you got a pig was stuck in a pipeline, hed report you to the SPCA.

Somehow I expected a more eloquent rebuttal from someone as educated as yourself!

By the way that was sarcasm.
