His parents put up money to get him put of jail, under specific conditions like NOT DRIVING. He's then caught violating those conditions.

Break the rules, lose the bail.

Obviously the threat of a prison term, which would be a joke anyway, doesnt deter this idiot...so ya make them pay, that should get some folks to wake up and pay attention.
