Charges laid in Burnaby double fatal crash

The driver in an early morning crash that killed two young people and seriously injured three others in Burnaby, B.C., has been charged with 10 criminal offenses.

Designate a non-drinking driver before any party or celebration begins.

I was at Legacy Showroom last night and saw 4 teenagers come in for a drink, 3 had beer and one had coke... the driver.

It's nice to see young people taking responsibility.
