Well, for one that was 5 years ago and was probably a mistranslation.
The most striking note is that 'wipe off the map' is an English idiom.
Yeah, I understand both are really pissing in their own cup of water.
I think it should be seen and understood though that Israel is pretty consistent
and official with it's threats, and no one wants to say "Hey, wait a sec."
meaning after the destruction of Israel, history should be rewritten to reflect the idea
that Israel never existed at all.

When you can show the same concern about militant Islam calling for the "Death to Israel/America" that you show for Israel promising to defend itself, I will applaud. Until then, you are just another "useful idiot" for militant Isalm.

The fact of the matter is Israel IS a UN member, and those ships that were boarded were attempting to break a naval blockade. When you have a naval blockade you do not wait for the ships to get close to shore you take them out as soon as possible. The fact that Israel didn't just sink them shows a lot of restraint.
