Does this mean I get 12 x $0.05 back from Home Depot for the 12-pack of PL-200 construction adhesive I bought last week? I WANT MY 60 cents, DALTON! I need it cover my costs of smuggling Weed & Feed in from Buffalo.

Ontarians are still on the hook for the cost of the program. It will be taken out of the taxes.. Then they will find a way of hiding it in the price of the goods....
