The suspect in a fatal hit-and-run in Surrey, B.C., has turned himself in to police, a day after the victim's mother made a tearful public appeal for information.

He'll get off with a slap n the wrist. Lesson learned - if you've been drinking and kill someone, run, the consequences will be far less.
Or return to the scene later and claim you had some drinks at home to steady your nerves. This excuse may only be available to cops tho.
