Tiffany Hartley killed her own husband.

The cartel delivered the head to a military base, if they killed her husband they wouldn't hide the fact.

The cartels are killing people left and right to make a point and don't care who knows. They kill DEA agents and border guards..

If they had killed David Hartley why did they let the wife go. They would have kidnap her and put her to work in some bar.

In an interview shortly after her husbands death, she's crewing her gum, like who cares attitude.. no tears. SHE'S GUILTY AS SIN.
