Quiet panic leads to exodus from Japan

The nuclear crisis in Japan has led many to flee the country, and Vancouver International Airport was full of arrivals with stories of a quiet panic spreading across the country.

Unlike some other refugees we have taken in, in the past. This is one I support. This is a big step-up from taking in tamil tigers. Also most likely these refugees will return home after the danger is gone instead of abusing our system like so many refugees have done is the past.
