NTCL barge loaded with diesel adrift in Beaufort Sea

The U.S. Coast Guard says a barge, owned by Northern Transportation Company Ltd., carrying diesel on its way to Tuktoyaktuk, N.W.T., broke away from its tugboat Monday during a severe storm.
