A Quebec Court judge has granted Sen. Patrick Brazeau an absolute discharge in his assault and cocaine possession case.

    My guess is that if I got charged for assault and cocaine possession I wouldn't be getting a unconditional discharge. I'd likely be spending time in a gov't funded facility.

    So the question is. Did he get off because he was Native or was it because he was a Tory or was it because he was Senator or was it because it's business as usual in Quebec? ROTFL
