Most of the new construction has been shut down. If you live in Fort MacMurray you are in deep shit, the rents and mortgages there are phenomenal. I think its similar to the fact you can buy a real good computer printer because the cost of replacing the cartridges is the money maker. Similarly cars have areas they are prone to the most hits and those parts are flimsy in order to make car repairs a profitable secondary market. They are in it to...
