When I was growing up in the UK piss drunkenness was the order of the day. A ticket would be unheard of, especially on match-day.


I thought they issued tickets for free drinks just to keep you off the streets [B-o]

especially for those taxi drivers.hey those taxi drivers don't have to wear the seat beats either..some exclusion for them because they get in & out of the car so much...???
