It will work someday, and its mainly for defense purpuses to intercept incoming missiles mid way in the pacific ocean.[/size] My personal stance is; get it working first, then you can make a sales pitch to Canada. Setting up barriers is appreciated if the stores are willing to do it. But I don't think we need a law for this, and it should be the driver getting sued, not COSCO.
