At first when I saw Jack teaming up with Paul Martin I didn't think it would be a good idea. But now since the agreement Jack has come out as the most responsible leader and someone who is in the house of commons to work! Even if there is an election he can say he was wanting it to work!

I think that the question in a referendum actually has to be clear. Quebecers would have to see the negatives of breaking away from Canada. And to all the separatists who read this there are negative things of Quebec breaking away from Canada.

cmab, I agree with you. <br /> <br /> 747, Quebec is not a occupied nation. If so, quebecers would have be holding referendums in the 60's and you would have been a country by now. If Quebecers are an occupied nation how about the 11 aboriginal ones in Quebec? Are they occupied nations?
