| Considering that Canada has a 1 trillion dollar economy, 80 million is not that much to be spending on Quebec unity(although I don't understand how posting Canadian flags all over Quebec would solve the unity question?). The thing that has angered so many people is that it went into people's pockets. |

And this scandal has nothing to do with Canada it is the Liberals. The liberals have been in power so long that Quebecers are making it out to be Liberals are Canada. |
