Just like people can bring frivolous law suits, prosecutors can bring frivolous charges against people. I highly doubt a judge would accept this...
Sounds more like that judge who sued a laundry mat for $5M because they lost his pants. |

| That is complete BS. The guy who got hit had his head down. It wasn't a hit from behind, he hit him square in the front. He barely left his feet, the highlights showed Downie in the air after he hit the guy, he barely left his feet before the hit. There should have been no suspension. |
