If you haven't cooled the system in 24hrs you must realise radio active Vapor into the air to release pressure. It's been way over that, as the Japanese Ambassador on CNN claim all is under control no affect to the reactor however we're using Salt Water to cool the reactors in Two Nuclear Plants.
