Doesn't bottled water just come from a tap anyway?
How would putting it in a bottle lower the water table. :D

Why not block up the St-Laurence? That should fill up the lakes fast enough. It would make for a quicker commute to get to Montreal too. :) How would blocking the Stlawrence fill Huron and Superior. Water flows downhill, not up. What we could do, is close the dam and power plants and locks at lake ...
