Bruce_the_vii Bruce_the_vii: It's left wing stuff. All I have to do to figure that out is ask my wife what she thinks. She thinks bottle water is lowering the water table. And so does Justin Trudeau.
Doesn't bottled water just come from a tap anyway? How would putting it in a bottle lower the water table.  |

Why not block up the St-Laurence? That should fill up the lakes fast enough. It would make for a quicker commute to get to Montreal too. :) How would blocking the Stlawrence fill Huron and Superior. Water flows downhill, not up. What we could do, is close the dam and power plants and locks at lake ... |

I was in Chapters the other day and purusing the Canadian Political books section and found one on Water. We have a shortage of Water in Canada is the theme of this book, for sale at Chapters. Did you consider reading any of it? or even wonder what would posses somebody to even write something like... |

Right now PST is on goods. It will also be on services when"harmonization" takes place. That means there will be PST of 8% on a haircut. Construction will be one of the biggest sectors hit with this. Currently there is PST on the material used to construct a building, but not on the labour... |

While they may not be "stealing" the water. There is much evidence to suggest that dredging in the St Clair river has increased flows from Michigan/Huron. One study indicates that dredging has removed an impervious clay layer and exposed a pervious sand layer and the water is actuallt drai... |
