If anything this shows that the Liberals are more competant that the general public, as they have thrown most of their support behind Iggy.

It's protection because the law can do nothing if a 40 year-old has sex with a 14 year-old. That is an incredibly immoral and disgusting act which deserves jail time.

This law has absolutley nothing to do with stopping kids from having sex. This is quite clear with the 5-year or so exemption that is included. It has everything to do with making it illegal for that creepy 40-year old pedophile from having sex with a 14 year old. There's a world of difference betwe...

I'm in favour of allowing chartered schools into the system, and then gradually eliminating the boards once the chartered schools take off.

The story originates from ancient Mesopotamia, where the Euphrates river would flood quite irregularly and feircely. Study the Epic of Gilgamesh, which the story of Noah's Ark is probably based upon.

Guys, ask any poverty adovocate (yes, look t the NDPers for this one) and they'll tell you that a value-added tax is quite regressive. The reason for this is because the poor cna not afford to save anything, therefore purchases make up a larger percentage of their earnings. Quite often, many right-w...

The author is owed nothing, as he never owned the land in the first place. I hope we're including the billions of dollars spent on reserves, etc when we figure out who's being screwed over time.

But hey, if Caledonia means anything, maybe blockading Younge Street will get them some more money.

All multiculturalism serves to do is throw race right up into everyone's face and make it an issue when it doesn't have to be. By esentially segregating everyone into their own ethnic groups, it will breed hostility. If we were all just bloody CANADIANS for once our country would work so much better.

Sire, having the money funnelled throguh different levels wastes billions through the administration and burracracy of it all. Not to mention it isn't right to have tax dollars from British Columbia paying for roads in Newfoundland. As it stands, nothing is being cut because of this, so if you have ...

The best way to deal with him is just ban him. He is clearly just troller and not here to debate intelligently. We are not a democracy, and I think everyone here agrees that the board would be better without this individual.
