| Here is an interesting point, if we can bring so many people into Canada with a variety of skills, why not train some of them to work in the north with the understanding that with time spent there would mean full recognition after a service period in the north |

| The idea is not bad its just that people don't always learn at the same rate and not everyone is into games. I have several grandkids and some would do very well with this kind of learning and some would not, prefering the conventional style of learning. |

| Dion is someone who knows when he can and cannot win and plays the political game well whether we like it or not. He has always established he is the underdog and then pulls off the upset.
