The good religion has done, is only partly true, look at all the trouble religion has caused. The real problem is fundamentalists of every stripe. If you don't believe there is someone johnny on the spot to try saving your soul. I don't think we should deny people the right to practice their faith a...

It would be a long cold day in hell before I would agree this is a good idea, things are bad enough without going any further down the road to becoming an American. For me that would never happen |I would never want to give up being a Canadian citizen for aquiring the reputation of that crowd. The w...

This could turn out to be bad news for both the major parties, as the conservatives are so tied to lyn' brian. Then to find out this guy is so low he even donated to the liberals. This story could expose how these two parties as the same thing with opposing rhetoric

The United States is not alone, we have little control of our own border and we must start getting tough ourselves. It is time to find round up and exit illegal from this country, and stop all these endless apeals and hearings. Caught one quick appearance and out you go before dinner. I also have a ...

This subject comes around every so often somewhere and I doubt the governments of the world could be successful for any length of time. The cost would be out of this world and the effort required would create a whole different world that most of these govenment folks would never understand

The RCMP are becoming desperate, they are hoping that a number of their killings won't end up being investigated. Especially the one in Houston BC where they shot a guy in the back of head in self defence ya right. What happend was caught on video and the facts speak for themselves, these cops shoul...

The world is going to great lengths to regulate food at this point, but they intend to regulate everything, for the pure profit and not global warming. I believe the problem is being caused by nature itself and human actions, the problem is global warming is a problem and it could become a bigger pr...

May is not a politician she is a hypocrite. She is a born again christian who would sell her soul to the devil, for a sniff of the mantle of power. I really don't don't like the Green Party anyway it is really a conservative movement, that without a position on the political spectrom, so they saddle...

Not a chance, if you look beyond the immediate position of environment, the Greens are conservatives in sheeps clothing, and I for one would not support the party if they had anything to do with the Greens. I am not sure who I dislike more, the Greens or the Tories

When all hell breaks loose under these circumstances, an attack on Canadians is close enough, you don't need to actually attack the land serfice of the country. Any excuse to take out the Taliban is good enough for me in this case. I agree that there was no reason to go into Iraq but Afghanistan is ...

Ya remember the airborn? Fine upstanding citizens they were, they were little more than racist murderers who were punished for their indiscretions. Now they want to bring the old gang back, this is just great

While I am opposed to the war in Iraq, I believe not only America and others were attacked that day, common decency itself was attacked. It was up to the world to put the Taliban out of its misery and even though I am usually opposed to war this is an exception. The artical is pretty much true, but ...

Good luck the Liberals are not ready for an election and may even have a leadership race before that, lol. The only one to really benefit from the election would be Layton, yup Layton. The Conservatives will not have a majority, but they will hang onto the minority they have at the moment. The cente...
