NORTH AMERICAN SUMMIT BETWEEN CANADA AND USA
stating laws and acts by the two countries towards foreign attacks from a far and within the Continent of North AMERICA.

I beleive CANADA and the USA should work together towards a constitution
in which can solve attack of terrorism against the North America Continent.

This is just a rough idea, in which I state my first thoughs! THERE SHOULD BE NO NEED FOR LAW ABIDDING PEOPLE TO DO HATE CRIMES AGAINST PEOPLE THAT DO FOLLLOW THE LAWS OF NORTH AMERICA

Terrorism, terrorist or the act of terror by another culture or a cuthure within the North AMERICA boundries will have to follow the laws of the North AMERICAN contenint IN WHICH CONSTITUTION Of THE NORTH AMERICAN ACT STATES: ALL TERRORIST SHALL BE DEPORTED TO THEIR LAND OF ORIGIN CULTURAL HERITAGE!!!!! If people are caught, and it proven they are from another culture that is trying to do harm to law abidding people. Then the government of North American has the right to deport them to they're original hertiage!
