It'll be interesting to see some people's reactions...

Nevertheless, the senator has a lot of chutzpah, the good kind though. That's often the way I feel about things like these. Yes, killing young seals is a distasteful practice, but I will care more about that when most of the people on earth have access to clean drinking water and are accorded basic human rights.

I think the Senator, while being brazen and maybe a bit over the top with the Iraq comments, still had some good points. As you say Xerxes, there's more to the world than the seal hunt. Food is running out in a lot of countries, the bird flu, etc etc.

I admire her plunk though.
