Q regarding the splash page:

WHY would a combat airplane have A GIANT RED MARK in the middle of it???

is the plane actually painted like that (which just supports the notion that our army is just for show) or did you superimpose the death wish?

Wrong on both counts ... Its painted that way so that if some one wants to shoot at a plane, they will see the maple leaf and say" hey I cant shoot at him, he's a Canadain and they are nice people" and he will find your house in stead...

actually, this place would not have been used in combat, it is a special edition for the millenium I beleive, for show.

It is a good thing is was only for show.

I'd consider that to be a big red leafy target to set your scopes at if I were the opposition.

It would be as bad as painting a large X on the plane with the words You can shoot here underneath it.
