Darn, that turned out to be way too easy. On the ubiquitous Panzer II chassis, except the overall frame has been lenghtened for six road wheels and and additional return roller.

Thought I'd bump this oldie but a goodie thread, as this applies more here than anywhere:

$1:
Almost exactly 106 years ago, one of the world's greatest aircraft designers—Clarence "Kelly" Johnson—was born in Ishpeming, Michigan. And since we're gigantic aviation nerds here at Ars Technica, the week of his birthday is as good a reason as any to celebrate some of his legendary designs. Johnson spent 44 years working at Lockheed, where he was responsible for world-changing aircraft including the high-flying U-2, the "missile with a man in it" F-104 Starfighter, and the almost-otherworldly Blackbird family of jets.

Interesting that you have the U2 and the 104 side-by-side given that the U2 is actually a greatly modified 104.

They were both created at the "Skunk Works".

Soviet navy ALFA-class submarine.

1) probably the first proper bubble-top canopy of WW2
2) probably this country's main contribution to WW2, aside from participating in the Holocaust with a lot of gusto

You lying so low in the weeds
Bet you gonna ambush me
You'd have me down, down, down to my knees
Wouldn't you, Barracuda?

Vickers Mark III light tank, "upgunned" to something like a 2-lb main cannon. All in all a perfect example of the pre-war British thinking on modern equipment that led to them nearly losing close to a half-million men in northern France in June 1940.

The arrangement of the bogeys is spot for the Type 94 on save for the main shock absorber that's absent.

I guess everyone copied each other back then.
