Canadian politic corrupted?
Fact:
1) Former prime minister Rene Levesque instituted a law to stop fraudulent financing of the political party 25 year ago, it is to this day, an example to follow. Canadian politician (Chretien, Charest ) broke this law, particularly in 1995 referendum and to this date. There is no law like this in Canada. Canadian still think they have a great democracy.
2) Most of the financial sponsoring scandal come from Canadian nationalist, with happen to be Quebecers and probably should, like Jean Chretien did this year, buy a house in Ottawa.
3) Quebec democracy is an example followed by numerous countries around the world for it's integrity, Canada usually don't think so, because they judge Quebec before getting the actual fact and probably should stop reading what they consider news when it's mostly right wing disinformation.
4) The sponsorship scandal is mostly a Canadian nationalist scandal and another proof that there is something terribly wrong with the way this country is run and it's institutions.

Please quit whining, most of the sponsorship cash ended up in Quebec.
Anyone know which province gets the most federal handouts?
Offering no bets here.

Godz46 Godz46: Another Seperatist...man what is with you guys? Keep watching Star Academie (LOL! Pathetic). If anyting this sponsership scandel involves Quebecors and therefore an argument can be made to kick you guys out!
I do not hide my political agenda, the message was pretty clear I think.
Each day guys like you give us good reason to separate. You will not have to kick us out; the Conservative will be our best opportunity with their right wing agenda. If Quebec separate, Canadian nationalist will be the only one to blame. On the next referendum, do not come here to tell us that you love us at taxpayers expense (1995 love parade), we could doubt your honesty.
By the way, I do not what Star Academy, I prefer Canadian Idol, LOL! Best luck next time! also,

Questions:
Where it the Canadian gov located?
Answer: Ontario, Canada.
Don't tell me to stop wining. We never get our fair part of the cake; we still represent 25% of Canadian population and we get a lot less of this fraction in perequations. Most of the money stays in Ottawa Canada and is invested multi billions dollars projects (Alberta, Ontario and so on... I think if you still want us to stay in this country, you should treat us with respect and fairness.

As a Quebecer, i do feel that My fair share of the taxes go a long way.
Ottawa invests how much mone into Bomardier? Located in Which province?
Ottawa sets up how many pharmaceutical laws? Which province has the most pharmaceutical companies?
I rest my case.
We represent 25% of the population, and i do believe we get 25% of Federal Governments expenses , I.E Post service, Bridges, RCMP, etc etc.
This is just another Seperatists who blames his Socialist province's problems at Ottawa.

Your arguments are good but let’s put it in perspective.
Yes Bombardier received lots of money, not billions, from Ottawa and created lots of jobs here and around the world, USA included, but these investments were peanuts compare to what the car industries got year after year in Ontario, the last on list was this multi billion dollar investment last year in Ontario for a huge new car plant.
Yes Mr Mulroney helped the pharmaceutical industries in Qc but where did the Chretien gov. invested for the 300M$ international class laboratory a few year ago? I’m not sure you know the answer. Where he invested billions of our tax dollars for oil?
Yes Quebec is a socialist province, nothing to be ashamed of, by the way that’s Canadian values you spiting on, on your next trip to the hospital, don’t forget to thank the socialists!

RUEZ RUEZ: falaise falaise: I think if you still want us to stay in this country, you should treat us with respect and fairness.
In other words..."Show me the Money"
and here are some federal funds:
Canadian Forces Recruit School moved from Cornwallis NS to St Jean Quebec
Canadian Naval Reserve Training HQ moved from Halifax NS to Quebec City
Canadian Forces Leadership Academy moved from Borden ON to St Jean Quebec
this equates to millions of dollars of direct influx and millions more in spinoff monies
need more....

Left leanning is a Canadian Value... Universal Healthcare too...
Socialism where Unions put Governments at their knees isn't. And that's What Quebec is.
A seperatist government who, after years of pleading to Unions, empowered them to the point where they can do whatever they want.
I do agree with Ottawa in investing money into rich oil field Alberta and commerce rich Ontario than my native Province of Quebec, simply because of the seperatist fact.
The Government, like your average investor, will invest in companies and regions where there is first and foremost political stability. Its not favoritism, but a pure economical strategy, that ALL of Canada's Banks moved their Headquarters from Montreal to Toronto, after Quebec's first referendum.

What? I do not know much about military spending but one thing is certain, the Chretien gov. closed down the St Jean school a few year ago. If they reopend it, I never heard of it. For rest of your asertion, I will not offer a responce about things I never heard of and I well informed.

"

Your political assertions don’t stand the road. The political stability didn’t stopped Bonbardier from investing in Ireland or here! Political stability didn’t stopped Ubisoft or Electronics Arts to invest here? . Industries go where the money is first, money talk and I guess what attracted GM to Ontario, government billions. Let’s finish this futile battle once and for all, Canada has never been able to accept our difference and treat us with respect and fairness, why then force us to stay in this mess if it’s not for our money? I yeah, I have the answer, If we separate and I sure it will happen, what then will differentiate Canada from the USA? LOL

On the next referendum, do not come here to tell us that you love us at taxpayers expense (1995 love parade), we could doubt your honesty. Actually being an ex-Quebecor and now current US resident. I could'nt care less. Truth is, times have changed since 1995. I can guarantee you with all the bribes for Quebec, with all the headaches, wasted money, corruption, bitching and special treatment, you will not get nowhere near the same amount of people in the 1995 "Love Parade". People have really had it with Frenchies. In fact I met people outside Quebec who swore to me that they not only will donate to the Yes Campaign in the next election but will come to actively campaign for you.
Quebec is a Cancer on Canada, and its now time to remove the tumor. It,s a good thing for you that you moved there, US is such a beautiful country. I hear that there is actually over 11 000 murder a year there. I always tough that Canada was the cancer or kind of a vampire. Anyway, for the next referendum, we will not need your help, thank-you! actually, your response is help to us and is another proof of you indefectible affection..
