Although given that the US hasn't signed onto declarations about war crimes, maybe they're not from the perspective of the US military.
Were any of these soldiers asked to partake in this? How about they do the right thing and report these violations instead of running with their tail between their legs. If you witness a woman getting assaulted do you move to a new apartment so you don't see the assault anymore?
