Wow, it's been a long time since my last post about this site. It's come a long ways since then, and is still growing. Just a matter of trying to find time to work on it!

I've worked a bunch on the layout lately, trying to clean it up and make it easier to navigate. Check it out, comments/suggestions would be appreciated!

I never saw the site before it was updated, but, from what I've seen of the new site it looks great! You should be proud of your work.

Heh, ya I know. The current writter really really likes imports, mostly european cars, as you can tell. We do have one guy who writes the odd editorial that usually covers the domestic market, and another who writes mostly on classic muscle cars.

But ya, it's an issue I'm working to improve. Soon there should be a lot more local content, including regional specific stuff.

I didn't know Skoda still existed. I remember when I test drove one in the mid 80's - manual choke, no power and you had to pay $100.00 for the floormats.

My buddy bought a used one for $50 and drove the hell out of it for a year, then took it apart and put it back together for the fun of it.

Man, that's the type of car I'm looking for right now. I'd love to find some fun old beater that still runs and take it out to the novice rally events locally and have a blast. But it seems cars under $500 are hard to find, seeing that nobody is going to pay to advertise them for sale

Oh, and the Chevy SSR I just drove had two floor mats that were a $160 option.
