What happens is this. A large nation will donate money to you....I just got donated 1.2 million. In return for this I bought 50 tech and sent it to the nation who donated me the money. It only cost me about 750 K and I was left with about 400k. The nation who donated the money to me get 50 tech which, because the price of tech goes by how much you have, meaning the more you got the more expensive it gets, would have cost him about 2-3 million. We both win. The next time I buy tech it will not be more expensive for me cause, like I said, it goes by how much you have.

Anyways....I got my freaking harbour and Im just waiting for my 5th trade deal to be accepted.....and the boys are asking me if I want to do this again....think I might.

Don't do what I did the first time. I kept buying tech until I had the 50 for the trade and my original 15...65 in total....I should have bought until I had 50 even, offered it in aid and waited until it was accepted before purchasing my original 15...the less tech you have the cheaper it is.....i wasted about 40 k + because I didn't wait.

The best way to grow your population is to buy infrastructure. The happier they are the more they make (and the more you can tax).

You should also offer to do a tech deal like myself and C71. You'll wind up with a ton of cash and you're country will blossom overnight.

Check out the bonus resources and scout the blue team for people with resources to make your country better. For example, if you got aluminium, you would get beer as a bonus resource.

Thanks for the tip! I agree that it's a good idea to wait until afterwards to buy your 'replacement' tech.

Still, you would've had to buy up to Level 55 anyways, as you can't give away the first 5 tech levels.
