I still don't know how to get Vista to make the folders go on an angle like in the commercial.

There should be a little icon on the taskbar near the bottom left corner - the one with three tiny little thingies in it - click on it and voila!

Do you have Vista Home Basic Dayseed? I don't think it has that feature. I discovered that you need Vista Premium and up if you want a decent Vista system.

Bought a new computer with just Basic and returned it and upgraded for Premium within a week. So far much better. The only problem I get occasionally is problems with video freezing in RealPlayer.

Don't bother with Ultimate, the two extra games and video wallpaper isn't worth th extra $200. Also for those of you who haven't gotten a new system and are planning to, hold off for a bit, Service Pack 1 is hopefully due out in November.

Yeah, that's a browser problem. Until you get it solved I'd work around it and install Firefox as your browser. You do not want to capture a Trojan to your machine as those things are all too often embedded in pictures.

I agree - all the way around.

It's spiffy and all, but I can see the spiffy-ness wearing thin after a while.

I can believe people are buying that C***. If your not a gamer why do you need vista anyway? when you can get a quality OS for free.

LOL I got my Vista Ultimate for free (legit version, along with Office 2007 Pro). But I still use XP for everything. Once Linux gets a Visual Basic-like program, I'll be on Linux 100% of the time. Hmmm, maybe I should try and program one myself...
